None of the templates are downloading for me. Specifically i’m trying to download 3.1 university but I keep getting ” The connection has timed out “. Are your download inactive right now or something ?

Hi

There was a temporary problem on download server now everything is working again

Please try to download again

HI admoin,

At this time, you can download and use 2 free styled template at http://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/tag/free. In addition, T3 blank template is another choice of the free Joomla users.
