I’m using JA Edenite on Joomla 1.5, and have not changed the css.
The module in the right position is a newsflash (mod_newsflash), so it chooses at random one testimonial article. The styling is what is advertised with the template: the div is class=”legend”, the title is h4 class=”legend-title” and the quote is blockquote class=testimonial.

This occurs for a user in Firefox on an iMac when the heading wraps and the text gets cut off. I have attached screenshots of the module output as it renders correctly in Firefox 3.5.8 on my PC and as it was sent to me by the user.

The css from the template is:

Please supply a link to the page this module appears on.

All I can do is speculate from that image. It appears that your custome has use his browsers acessability options to zoom in a bit meaning the text is a lot larger. Without a site to test that on I can only guess.
