Hi
Can u please turn off the JCH plugin and disable the CSS compression on site.
So I can check it.
It may be the compression of JCH that compile the CSS and creating an issue.

Hi
Add below code in /css/custom.css file

.acm-slideshow .owl-carousel .slider-content .slider-content-inner > h2 a {
    color: #ffffff!important;
}

it will fix the issue.
Do not forget to clear Joomla cache after saving file.
