I solved it. I create new custom HTML which name is Content Mass Top Banner, Position is content-mass-top, Custom output is

<p><a class="ja-mass-top-banner" href="#" title="Groei & Vooruitgang">Groei <span>&</span> Vooruitgang</a></p>
