Could this module instead of “Más” (“more”) the text should indicate “Leer más” (“Read more”)?

That is not a module but your main content area. The text comes from your language file so whoever translated that for the Joomla Project (I am assuming you downloaded the language pack from them) decided that is the string they wanted to include. You would need to search your language pack for that string and edit it to whatever you wish it to be.
