Thanks pankajsharma. I have another issue with this. If you see the attached you will see it find sections like Templates, Sidebar. I have searched but cannot find where I still have this headings on pages I have changed. Any advice on how to find them?

Hello Did you customize the template menu ? deleted or removed older ones .
Your menu items are indexed on Google already and it will take time to effect in search results .
If you already deleted it will auto remove after some time from search result .

in default demo health category is assigned to Menu> main menu >>more>>topic>>health.
If you want to remove the older search results asap you need to contact Google Webmaster .
