Do u want to change the slideshow text of JA nuevo or from Onepage site?
The submitted site URL is not using JA Nuevo template.

Add below code in /css/custom.css file to change the text color of the sideshow

.ja-ss-desc {
  color: #ffffff!important;
  background:#000;
}

change the color code as per needs.

Hi
You can choose the animation from the sideshow given options, If you want to add a specific custom animation, it would require customization in the slideshow module to add a new css/js that require deep custom work.
