I notice that JA Raite does not have a Text Size control feature in the top right-hand corner as per template JA Telline II.
Is this a deliberate omission or can it be easily added?

I am sorry but this template does not support your idea.
I think you should go to extensions.joomla.org to find a module for your idea. If you want to use it from teline_ii, i am afraid that you have to change a lot of code.
