The issue seems to be from the server side . kindly check the site root folder and rename the htacess/.htacess file to htacess.txt . Also check if you added anything to remove the index.php from url .
Here u can see i can access the admin panel : http://prntscr.com/ac86di
Joomla admin panel use index.php in all url but on your site admin panel the url not work if it has index.php .

As you see in Figure 1, in the site root folder exists only "htaccess.txt".
I don’t have added nothing to remove the index.php.
As you see in Figure 2, I can access regulary typing the URL.
I don’t understand why you receive the error!

This is really weird . I checked your site at different location with team and we are getting same issue 🙁
Kindly try to assign the site to a subdomain and post the details via private reply . I hope this will work .
If possible also post your site FTP details .
