    Thank you JA. I jumped on board because you guys had great templates. After joining I found majority of them to be buggy. I think JA Sulfur is the buggiest template out there EVER. This is not just my opinion but just the fact that if you look in the forums it has the most threads. JA Developer has done a great job of giving quick answers and saying F following up. I also would like to point out that you are behind in your templates. We are still waiting on September’s but just got a lesser buggy August template. You have newer mods like Bennitos who is trying to make a difference.

    Also why can’t JA not offer update templates. Every other template provider tracks the bugs and then applies it to the theme and updates it. We offered up community support for JA Sulfur and not even half of the bugs reported were fixed. I think we are owed that much? I think this service is second rate. I do not want to bash on JA but hell it has been some time coming for this. Please fix this JA.

    Good to hear satisfied customers, but ofcourse it needs time to fix the bugs. Sometimes it happens that JA needs some more time to fix them – i dont understand this too but well it just takes longer.

    I look at the other theme clubs and they are applying updates often. JA gives you hacks to get things to work..

    ganzuelo most or your posts are in two threads… Problem with Jomsocial and Problem with Kunena. JA is not responsible, and can’t really offer support, for either of these components. I’d also say that most users here won’t even read those threads unless they use those components.

    Can you post a link to some threads you started on the template itself that are still unanswered and I’ll be happy to answer them.

    I have given up on JA Sulfur. I know you guys don’t support JS or Kunena but when you release a template with components to that. We should atleast receive some sort of support from JA as far as the templates for them go.

    I agree with you there, but again, most members don’t use them and won’t read the thread. I suggest you send a ticket in for any support on those. If your not happy with the reply then send another and another and another. I find when people shout load enough they are heard and do get a proper response eventually.

    Do do not agree with your above statement. I posted a ticket to them months ago and had no reply. I do not think simple hacks should be made. I think we should get a new updated template. Check through my posts Scotty, I only started becoming irratated with the lack luster support. Certain mods are quick to clicked something answered and never return. I sent a message through the support system. Its aggravating.
