Nothing is perfect; if webdesign, deployment and maintenance were that easy nobody would need any of us. So sure, issues arise.
When we need to solve issues, we normally use the forum and routinely get prompt feedback that helps us get the job done. The few times we had to submit a ticket, we got the help we needed.
Recently, we had some challenging problems with a template we just could not solve ourselves. We submitted a ticket. Ninja Lead spent a lot of time on it, and solved all our issues.
