Hi andyliaw,

There maybe something wrong with the template file in /templates/ja_magz/tpls folder, if you customise it, please try to roll it back.

You can PM me URL, admin and ftp credentials of your site, I will investigate it further (pls take a backup of your site first).

I had re-intalled the JA_Magz with quick start . Unfortunately it still be to the same under not any modified . i had PM you with the new URL & user/password. help me to solve this . thank you very much.

I had upgraded Joomla version to 3.3.3 andy php 5.4.30. it solved.
