I installed quickstart of Teline IV to my local host. For some reasons, the changes I made on the backend do nor reflect to the front end. For example, I unpublished some articles and some modules but they still can be seen on the front page. However, if the link is clicked, it gaves me a “broken link” message.

I have WAMP (PHP 5.3, Mysql 5.1.36, Apache 2.2.11) installed.

please update me your admin access via pm.
and also clean the cache first at backend, as: tools->clean cache->select all and delete.
and then refresh the frontend.

Go on to administrator -> there will be a option link called “JAT3 Clean Cache” in the top right corner. For your Reference i have attached a screenshot.

Do that and then clear your browser cache too.
