Hi, i have a REAL problem that is taking me a long time. The changes that I have in the template are reseting all time. I was working in blue theme but some styles were reseting (changes in template.css or in some T3) and for this yesterday I worked in default template, changing the red colors in blue. Today my surprise was great to see the template again in red … what happens? The server tells me it’s not their problem and has to be the template,

Hi Iluminada,

You can edit your thread , on the top, there is a checkbox with a question of whether or not you need help from admin/mod. Tick yes. Then fill out all the access information. Only mod and admin will be able to see your information :).

You can go to edit your thread and fill in all the text box as i have attached the screenshot along with this post :). If it turns out too difficult for you, always can open a new thread, and usually when you open a new thread, you can check on the checkbox to require help 🙂 and fill in the info. I also attached a screenshot for your preference :).
