The site has two filters. The first filter for tours to Israel. Second on hotels.
Filter Results on hotels output tours to Israel. It’s not right.

I could not access your site, since it returns error message below:

The server at www.israelonline.travel is taking too long to respond.

Regarding your issue, it seems modules are not configured correctly. For Hotel filter module, please make sure that in module setting form, you have selected only Hotel categories under “Select categories” field, and select “Default” or Menu item that is created to display search result for Hotels under “MenuItem ID” field.
