Hi
Go to /templates/ja_jason/css/home.css
Find
```
.t3-header-mask .ja-intro-1 .intro-content .intro-text:after {
    margin-top: 22px;
}
```
and replace it with
```
.t3-header-mask .ja-intro-1 .intro-content .intro-text:after {
    margin-top: 76px;
}
```
You can change the margin-top value to move it up- down .
