    Hello,

Yes, it’s a bug of JA One Page.

It was reported via bug tracking system: http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JATC1PAGE-31

Our developer is still working on it to resolve the problem soon.

    Thanks for your patience.

The content popup module looks fine on the front page with nice thumbnail pictures. But the popup page can not locate the files. I checked the property of the popup page and found out there is a bunch of code ( res://ieframe.dll//http_404.htm#http://www…….) in front of the url.
But it works on my localhost…. s this a bug or I did something wrong?

    Hello,

Did the error only appear on IE, did you try to view your site on Firefox, or Chrome ?

Please try the solution in this link: http://forums.cnet.com/7723-6121_102-308030/res-ieframe-dll-security-settings-don-t-know-how-to-change/

<blockquote> the “res://ieframe.dll problem” is probably caused when external javascripts from blocked sites are blocked. It’s basically telling you that the page is not found.

It is also possible to eliminate the popup by changing the setting below:

Open Control Panel-Internet Options-Security tab-Trusted Sites-Custom Level button. Scroll down and “enable” or “disable” the setting below. (Disable is safer.)

“Web sites in less privileged Web content zones can navigate into this zone”

Click on OK, “apply”, then OK

    </blockquote>

    Hi!

I have also the same problem. On iPhone the content popup is not scrollable. That kills the whole responsive template feeling…. The page itself works great on different screen resolutions…but when a visitor clicks on an article, and the content comes up, he cannot read the whole article, because there is no scrolling. That issue is reported in january, if I saw well. What lasts so long to find a workaround for that?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

This bug is fixed, and will be released in next version.

I have attached here package of JA Content Popup, please backup your site first and then re-install on your site to fix the error.

I’m unable to say if this fixes problems (= allows scrolling) on the i-pad etc. but installing this fix has removed the scroll bars in the pop-up window from chrome, firefox and IE9 instances from my site. Is some extra configuration necessary to get them back?

    Hello,

Did you upgrade T3 framework on your site to latest version 1.2.0

The fixed package of JA Content Popup Module only works with T3 Framework version 1.1.0, not available with 1.2.0.

We will fix this bug on T3 1.2.0 later.

So at this time, please use T3 version 1.1.0 to make JA Content Popup works.

Hi, Thanks. I am using 1.0.3. which came with Onepage quickinstall. But I’m wondering why the Template Manager “Check for updates” does not tell me about available updates (see attached). Do you have any idea why and should I anyway update to 1.1.0 to fix this? Thanks.

    Hi,

Yes, with T3V3 framework latest version is 1.0.3

But now, this framework is changed to T3 framework, latest version is 1.2.0

For more info about T3, please refer to this link: http://t3-framework.org/documentation/introduction.html

To upgrade from T3v3 to T3 framework, refer to this link: http://t3-framework.org/documentation/installation.html#upgrade

But as my above post, the package JA Content popup only work with T3 version 1.1.0

    Hi,

Thanks for the help. This look definitely non-trivial for a relative newbie and other posts with people having trouble after updating. (http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/upgrade-from-onepage-1-0-1-to-1-0-2/). It’s a shame there are so many dependencies. I’d better take some time over it…….

    Hello,

T3 framework is in active development, and there are big changes between each versions and we try minimize its effect on other extensions.

I still advise you to upgrade T3 Framework version 1.1.0, not 1.2.0, as this version is tested for JA OnePage, please take backup, so that you can rollback if things do not work out.

    Running T3v3 Framework Version:1.0.3 on Joomla 3.

When will the JA Content Popup Module be updated for this?

Currently cannot scroll popup content on two different Samsung mobile devices nor using Chrome on desktop.
