Has someone made this work? Any example in a Teline II website?

I am interested to have something similar to the original Teline tab, with contents similar to the “Latest News” but instead, it will contain the links (headline title only) of news for the following:

(Top tab)
USA-Canada => Europe => Africa => Asia

(Bottom tab)
Caribbean =>Eurasia=>Latin America => Middle East

the layout suggested above will be like the top and bottom JA tabs in the original Teline

Does anyone know how this can be done?

One way would be to use the code from Teline and add it to Teline 2 if its the tabs from teline you are after. It should be doable with some modifications
If you need just the headline you could make images of the headlines needed and add it into a module..

Hi Menalto,

I tried to install what files I thought were relevant ones for the Tabs, but I could not duplicate the upper and lower tab format of the original Teline. Also, if I rember correctly, there is module format in zip file so that it could be installed as extension.

I was hoping Joomlart would make a module zip file for the pertinent directories and files, so that it will become a stand alone extension.

I think we discussed this in private lat year. If I rember correctly, you offered to create this extension.:)
