Hi,

For 3-4 days, my joomlart template (JA-Appolio) is not working. It simply shows the blank page and doesn’t loads anything.
I have two templates on my site , Ja-Appolio(http://rushthat.com/testing/quickstart) and Ja-Wall(http://rushthat.com/itinerest/quickstart) and none of them are working!

Kindly, explain me why is this happening?

When facing the blank page, please try to enable Error Reporting, it will show you the error message and you would know which one causes the issue: http://www.joomlart.com/tutorials/joomla-tutorials/joomla-error-reporting-explained

BTW, have you proceeded any update recently? If you update to the latest Joomla version 3.3, pls also update T3 plugin and JA Appolio template to the latest version as well. Remember to BACKUP your site before updating.

I don’t think that’s an issue because I just checked that current version is 3.2.3. No one has upgraded anything.
I am not able to open the backend Admin Panel . Therefore am not able to turn on the error reporting?

How should I upgrade the template and T3 framework?
