I have installed the template JA Fixel
When I’m in the Template Manager The layout can not be loaded. There Might be some errors in the layout file.

Can you help me?

JA Fixel and most of JA Templates are always working with T3 framework, you need to download and install T3 framework in order to use JA Fixel Template, see the screenshot

And you can refer to userguide of JA Fixel template here, it will help you understand more then.
