When I go to open the website with this template in iOS using Safari or Chrome the menu button only works once. Please fix this error as soon as possible.

Yep, this is bug, I have raised this bug to the development team here: http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/CUSSER-494. They will check and fix it soon!
