I just chcked the feature intro module and its showing the data added by you : http://prntscr.com/e5y0e0
There is no data with name test as in screesnhot.
Please check and update if still you have the problem.

I use Google chrome all is ok;

There is no issue with module.
I suggest you to clean browser cache and check.
