Thanks for YES Image Hotspot.
I have placed 44 hotspots on a jpeg file. Everything works perfectly in the browser.
But all the markers have disappeared in admin. The module is locked / frozen and can no longer be edited. I’ve spent lots of hours on the module and does not want to start over.
What can I do?

Hi

Select module flagging the square icon then click on check-in button at top menu so you can unlock it

Or should I start all over?

Hi there

Since you worked on it before ( and it was working fine ) later you installed other 3rd party extensions , Helix framework for example and other plugins that may cause it to not work correctly –

I can suggest to remove one at once 3rd part extensions and test again it .
