Hello all
And congratulations for the people who have created this template.
I recently used it for this website – http://www.asia-editeur.comAnd for the main menu, horizontaly, I choosed the Moo Menu type.
But, as you can see, it is the CSS Menu style that is in action.
Can somebody tell me why it is acting like that ?A second question is the Alt=”” function. Is it possible te de-active it ? I mean, when you let the mouse on a title, this mini-popup (like Artistes or Techniques) is showing, but I don’t want to, it is not usefull. Is it possible ?
Thanks a lot.
Have a good dayAntoine

September 16, 2010 at 11:05 am #355685Yes, indeed the style use is <ul id=”ja-cssmenu” class=”clearfix”>
Maybe try the split menu – in this menu submenues are not in the drop-down list, look at the demo. Also in the template configs there are options “Start Level” “End Level”, try to adjust the end level.
September 16, 2010 at 12:15 pm #355696Hello !
Actually, I tried all menus.
All are working fine, except this moomenu, which act like CSS menu, and also the Mega Menu, where we can not see the submenu.
So I really don’t know why it is not working here. Maybe should I delete and reinstall the template ?Antoine

September 16, 2010 at 1:38 pm #355706What version do you use?
Mine is v1.2 dd 02 February 2010 (Installed several months ago, downloaded from the JA Downloads directly).September 16, 2010 at 1:40 pm #355707This one :
JA_Purity_II – 1.2 – 02/02/10 – JoomlArt.com
It seems to be the same as yours
I think I will try to install it again….
UPDATE :
I have reinstalled it.
It worked again !
But once I have installed Slimbox 2, It acted like before…
http://www.digitalia.be/software/slimbox2Those lines :
<script type=”text/javascript” src=”slimbox/js/jquery.js”></script>
<script type=”text/javascript” src=”slimbox/js/slimbox2.js”></script>
<link rel=”stylesheet” href=”slimbox/css/slimbox2.css” type=”text/css” media=”screen” />make the menu act badly…
And for now, i don’t know why.

September 16, 2010 at 2:26 pm #355710Check for the JS errors (Opera, Chrome has build-in debuggers, for FF install Firebug).
In general, I try to use Mootools only, as JQuery could conflict with other Joomla components (it has only mootools as a sort of “official” part of installation). Still, JA uses JQuery also…September 16, 2010 at 2:33 pm #355712Yep
Via Chrome I do have those erros :
Uncaught TypeError: Object #<an Object> has no method
‘getElementsByTagName’
getElementsByClass templates/ja_purity_ii/js/ja.script.js:209
equalHeight templates/ja_purity_ii/js/ja.script.js:78

klass media/system/js/mootools.js:8
(anonymous function) templates/ja_purity_ii/js/ja.rightcol.js:69Possible to fix ? Or do I have to let that like this ? Or to change slimbox ?
