I created the menu, the normal display on the PC, but in the mobile phone on the menu is not displayed, the site environment is:
PHP 5.6.18
Apache 2.4.6
MySQL 5.6.25
joomla 3.4.8

Hi
it seems you are using off-canvas sidebar for mobile and there is no menu module publish on Off-canvas module position .
Go to template options > Disable the off canvas menu .
And then go to navigation Tab > Enable collapse navigation for small screen . by this option u can see mega menu in small screen.
Off-canvas and mega menu are two different menu system , For more info Read this doc
