The opened articles with Google Chrome non respond at mouse wheel event, so you can not scroll vertically. Even in the demo of Joomlart the problem occurs.

I’m using Chrome version 32.0.17, when I open an article in demo site you built, using mouse wheel still scroll up and down normally: http://prntscr.com/32etr0

sorry, I noticed that the failure depends on my pc, the problem does not occur with other computers

You can check the Addons installed in Chrome browser in your PC, it may affect that scroll feature, try to disable one-by-one to figure out which one causes this issue.

Otherwise, you may consider to re-install Chrome browser in your PC.
