Hi! I installed my Joomla with Helio Quickstart Package(1.0.X). Everything gone well but language. In admin console I can not use Traditional Chinese and so does in site. Please help me to solve this stupid problem. Thank you very much.:-[

Very thanks for your reply!:) Though the link is dead, I have not find another way to solve the problem.
I’ve found the whole web about joomla but can’t find the TC translation file. But it seems like a way to do: reinstall joomla TC_version, then Helio. If it works, I’ll post here.

Thanks for your help! After try and error for several days, I finally install Joomla! 1.0.X Traditional Chinese then Helio and it works. Chinese language packs(translate package) was not found in Chinese Joomla! site. But I think install Chinese Joomla first(or other language version) may be better.
