@willer: I checked on your site but I saw you changed other template. But most of bugs you mentioning above were fixed with new release version 1.0.4 two days ago here you can upgrade it and let me know if you still face the problem.

Puoi chiarire meglio ? stiamo cercando di aiutarti e sarebbe gradita una maggiore collaborazione , non e’ detto che i tuoi problemi siano dovuti al template in se stesso , se vuoi essere aiutato allora ok , altrimenti spiegaci meglio cosa vuoi esattamente invece di esprimere giudizi sulla qualita’ del servizio offerto.

Mi sembra di essere stato chiaro no ?? I problemi li ho elencati come tu stesso hai chiesto qualche giorno fa. Ho aperto tanti post in quattro mesi, vi ho dato l’accesso al sito pi? volte, ma siamo sempre allo stesso punto. Le funzioni basilari di Joomla non funzionano “loadposition e caption” in primis, l’ho scritto in testa a questo post.

Voi avete rilasciato in questi quasi quattro mesi pi? aggiornamenti, ma i problemi elencati persistono e non sono il solo a lamentarli….anzi con l’upgrade alla versione 1.0.3 se ne sono presentati di nuovi, come quelli del menu sticky e del main menu che ? sparito. Secondo voi si pu? lavorare cos? ? Io questo template devo tenerlo per anni, ma se ad ogni aggiornamento ci sono questi problemi preferisco restare con quello che ho adesso che in 4 anni non mi ha dato il ben che minimo problema.

Ti abbiamo chiesto un nuovo accesso al tuo sito , Joomlart ha sviluppatori sparsi per il mondo quindi non e’ detto che tutti abbiano il tuo account , noi vogliamo aiutarti ma cerca di essere comprensivo , per fortuna non sei l’unico utente ad aver bisogno di una mano, percio’ se vuoi essere aiutato fammi la cortesia di inviare un account da super user come richiesto da @ninja Lead altrimenti se vuoi usare quello che e’ installato sul tuo sito ora , basta chiudere il thread e finire qui la questione. non e’ necessario postare commenti come :

Perche’ ti ripeto ! fortunatamente in giro per il mondo ci sono centinaia di migliaia di utenti soddisfatti del servizio offerto da Joomlart . che e’ e rimane attualmente il top che puoi trovare e penso di avere un po di esperienza che mi permette di fare una simile affermazione !

Ti ripeto, sono quattro mesi che apro post e concedo accessi al mio sito e nonostante cio’, ancora siamo sempre allo stesso punto. Non mi piace affatto scrivere certi commenti, credimi…lo faccio solo quando sono portato all’esasperazione. Voi avete messo in vendita un template con delle gravi carenze funzionali. Il “loadposition” ed il “caption” sono due funzioni basilari di Joomla !

Io vi ho dato fiducia per ben quattro mesi ! Senza contare il gran lavoro che ho dovuto fare per sistemare ed adattare i contenuti del sito al template. Ancora mi chiedete tempo e collaborazione…ma quanto deve durare ?

Dopo 2 giorni non era entrato ancora nessuno…
