I think you don’t understand his point. It was that the difference in the Developers license and regular member license is the amount of domains you get, not that you were paying more to ensure you got 2 templates a month.

Now guys.. I am getting bored of some opinions from some members..
Why are you so aggresive against JA Team. JA is not responsible for your failures! If you are not able to edit or install a template made by JA Team so don’t cry like a baby crys for milk! I think everyone who is working with Joomla should have intermediate skills in Css – html – xhtml and php. JA Teline 2 works great without any problems. Also JA Team is the only Template provider for Joomla who releases 2 Templates in one month. And the Membership fee is really cheap. So don’t waste your time with writting unneccessary posts! JA Team is in my opinion the best and most professional choice for Joomla Templates. Based also on Web 2.0 Standarts with high quality! Thank you JA Team! I can wait a few days more to get a qualitaty template..!!

That is a very bad argument.

P.S: I dont care how long is JA working with one or two template. It isnt my job, and i dont become money to care about it. But, JA becomes money for his work. Thats the reason why their templates should work without problems after publishing (or 1-2 weeks later), because customers pay for it. And, their templates are working. It isnt important is it after 1 or 2 week, or 4-5 days. I pay for support and for working template, and i become both. 🙂

The one bad thing i dont like with JA is the coding of modules from beginning every time with a new template. Someone, it isnt just me (im sure for that), will put a module from Avian, Corona template into Teline, or Koniga. But, he cant. That is very bad. Lot of modules are not compatible with other templates.

The second thing i dont like: Next every time to see same topics new opened with basic questions about installing a module, component etc. Make videos with standard instructions. It will save time for you, and lot of place in your database. 🙂

P.P.S: As standard: Sorry for my bad english. 🙂

Not sure what you are referring to here . . . most modules are cross compatible. There may be some relative CSS styling to match a particular template, but the modules work.

There are tutorials abound all over the internet for how to install modules and templates. JoomlART does not have the time to create “how to” videos for each and every template and module. There are certain things one needs to take the time to learn when/if one is going to be working with Joomla websites.

It is not the responsibilty of Joomlart to make sure that their template users understand how to perform an installation of a Joomla! extension.

If you chose to use Joomla! then it is YOUR responsibilty to make sure that you know how Joomla! works.

There are many, many documents out there that explain how to use Joomla! Hell there is even a Joomla Tutorial site.

Granted JA should provide set-up instructions for each of their templates – which they do.

It is also not their responsibilty to make sure that their templates are compatible with all of the thousands of Joomla! extensions that are available. To think that is just insane. You are paying a small fee for a quality Joomla! template. You are not paying to have JA customize a template so that it works specificly for your set-up.

If you need your template customized and you can’t do it yourself, then hire a developer.

No, they dont. Try to put module ja-newsflash from corona into koniga, or iris. 🙂

I know it, you know it. And? Why have we then still topics with questions about that stuff? Its much easier to make the videos then to answer every time to every one who ask. 🙂

No. I pay a small pee to become a good idea, and a good source code. If i use the same template (without to change it) i will be one of hundreds who have it. At last: I didnt write about thousands other extensions and compability with JA templates. 🙂

I did make it, and it was worse. 600 USD for nothing. I can do it self better. 🙂

I have and it’s fairly easy if you know what you’re doing. It’s just a matter of installing the module and modifying the template (index.php, css, etc.) that you want to insert the module into.
<em>@TIFA29 52571 wrote:</em><blockquote>No, they dont. Try to put module ja-newsflash from corona into koniga, or iris. :)</blockquote>

If it’s so easy to make the video tutorials, why don’t you make them and kindly donate them to JA or the entire Joomla! community – that way everyone can benefit. But personally, I don’t see any reason to re-invent the wheel when there are already videos and tutorials available – if you’re willing to take the time to search for it – as opposed to having someone hand it to you on a silver platter.
