I have placed by Ajax Search module (from here) to the top right position. WHen I load the page thats where it shows. So far so good. When I type in anything to search, the results come back and the search box aligns itself to left !!

I think the position is decided by the Ajax Search module

And there is another fact that this problem does not happen with the fedault template as indicated in that thread, which I think is a very strong argument in favour of the module…!!
