December 18, 2010 at 8:01 pm #157619More invisible writing problems! After reinstalling my Teline IV site to cure previous articles that became invisible, I’m now having the same problem. The articles’ titles appear in the browser’s titlebar, but the space where the article should appear is blank. Although the front page display’s properly, once you select an individual article, the content area is blank.
I turned off all SEF and still no help. I switched to another template (ja purity) and the articles appear fine. This is almost the straw that breaks the camel’s back. If I cannot find an answer for this problem today, I will move to another design. Such core functionality (ensuring articles always are displayed) should be a critically-tested part of any template prior to public release.

December 18, 2010 at 8:17 pm #367522Is the JANEWS-FP module installed? There was a mistake in the Quickstart package last week. It was a minor typo that meant the aformentioned module did not install with the quickstart (The xml file contained 1.3.6 instead of 1.3.5 in one line, easy mistake to make). Simple install the module from your download package and you should be good to go.

December 18, 2010 at 8:25 pm #367524The JANEWS-FP module is installed. It works in that it displays the frontpage headlines and icons. The problem is getting individual articles to display. Which modules control display of individual articles?

December 19, 2010 at 3:29 am #367538This appears to be a Firefox 3.x issue. I tried FF 2.0.0.14 and the article contents display correctly. Once I try FF 3.0 and above, the Teline IV articles no longer display.
