    Sorry but the “support center” works?

    I sent a ticket on 26 Jun 2009, but still no answer.

    It should be working yes, but it happends more often that it takes a while before they respond 🙁

    Hi ,

    I checked your ticket, i have read privileges. I am not much of expert on Teline II, but to me it seems that your both of the frontpage modules >> mod_janews_fp and mod_janews are taking news from the common sections. So there is duplication of the content. One of them does has the option of controlling the sections involved but the other takes the articles published for the frontpage. I would have loved to play around your site to check for probable solution, but lets wait for the official reply to your ticket.

    Support center does work, May be they are off for the weekend.

    I am not trying to stick up for anyone here but as you put your ticket in on Friday, it may as yet still be waiting to be read.
    I am sure there is no staff working on a weekend.
