where can i change the title.

Welcome to the Frontpage

I did as indicated below if
but the title does not change

Go to Menus -> your menu with home-item -> home-item (default is “magazin”)
Look into Parameters (System).
There you see page title; you can change it, or leave it empty.

You can also try changing Site Name in global configuration

Also, ensure to clear your browser cache after making changes

i already tried this, i know how to change it, but it is not changed whatever is the text inserted in the title its showing only “welcome to front page”

Have you read the bit at the bottom of that tutorial? It states that you must adjust the text in the language file. JAT3 does not work normally in this respect and simply changing the details in the admin panel does not change the text.

In order to change the tittle in frontpage, Please find the language file: Administratorlanguageen-GBen-GB.plg_system_jat3 and find the below quote, then change the page tittle as you want:
