The site http://www.ieslasencinas.com seen very well in Mozilla. But the explorer navegafor leave large spaces.

Can you, perhaps, provide a graphic depiction of how the spacing is different – as well as how it is supposed to be displaying?

I took a look in Chrome, and it looks like you have your site set at a pretty wide width as it is.
