Hi there,

I’ve followed the guide to install the mijoshop theme and I have installed the JA quickstart package, but I can not get the accordion to work, nor the slider, nor the theme.

Please could one of the JA staff please use the details provided to make my site like the demo?

How do I get the theme to work? I unzipped like in the guide, have selected it for my shop in the settings but it’s not showing up. The default mijo theme is showing up

How do I get the accordion to work? I unzipped like in the guide but it’s not displaying on the home page just the mod title

How do I get the products slideshow to work? I unzipped like in the guide but it’s not displaying on the homepage, just the mod title

Is there more detailed documentation coming out soon? because I could not find anywhere how to configure the menu for mijoshop nor how to fully recreate the demo.

PS – In future I honestly believe that you guys should refrain from using paid for extensions that require too much setting up. The reason half or more of your customers use your themes is because they are easy to setup, this one doesn’t even come with complete documentation

“It’s doesn’t click to slide” was due to the lack of images of product. Please upload those image accordingly.

If you haven’t made changes too much in your site, I recommend you download quickstart and reinstall again (we’re release version 1.0.1 yesterday). After re-install quickstart, please follow our guide: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/how-to-build-mijoshop-3-sample-data-after-installing-ja-bookshop-quickstart/

Brilliant, you can’t make my site look like the demo and instead you tell me to re-install the quickstart. This really is shocking, why you guys can’t fix it for me is beyond belief and this has now taken over a week with no results.

I really don’t want to re-install the quickstart as I will then lose even more time. I would expect that in 1 week you guys could have come up with something a bit more productive than “re-install the quickstart”

All I need to do is get this page “popular products” to look like the demo and then I am happy!

I really don’t think re-installing the quickstart is gonna solve this.

Any chance of a reply before Monday as I’d like to get moving with this site 🙂

Since MijoShop component is a commercial extension, we have no way to include such in our quickstart package. That’s reason why I suggest to re-install quickstart package, then follow extra guide below to get sample data (Mijoshop) as per our demo.

This guide: http://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-bookshop help you build a pre-define sample database for Mijoshop providing that you have a fresh quickstart installation.

I checked your site and detected that the error associated with the failure to get templates “Bookshop”. Could you please send me ftp credentials of your site? I will help to check further.
