Hello Ive sucessfully installed ja simply but when made changes in theme customizer like insterting the logo or changing the footer color it doesnt work at all. I. When I inspect my website it says that the information comes from the folder media/plg_jchoptimize/assets2.
I have checked where are the changes made and there are in another folder located in media/jasimpi… . How can I enable theme customizer to work propertly.

Hi,

Could you specify the modification you want to make via theme customizer?

And also update the credentials of your site so I will have a look.

Hi Eduardo,

It’s weird as when I checked via Theme Customizer, all the changes for header, logo, menu, footer are being applied on your site correctly. May I know exact part which doesn’t work?

It due to the cache, I cleared cache on your site and the logo is showing now.

Thanks. So everytime I have this problem I have to clear the cache? Should i clear the plg_jch_optimize that cache that appears in System clear cache?

If your site is still in development stage, you can temporarily disable the cache.
