Hi Guys

Out of the blue I get this Fatal Error message when trying to open Theme Magic

Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in /home/javea/public_html/libraries/joomla/registry/registry.php on line 336

Any ideas as I am stumped?

What other info do you need to help?

Hi Leo
I had found that thread with a Google search which is often better than using the forum’s own search
Your post gave me the confidence to go for it and change the code
It worked, Theme Magic works again
Although one of the posters thinks there is an error in the code with a miss-placed closing bracket, I would know any difference but when people don’t completely agree I always wonder who is correct or is there a any real difference
I take it I will have to perform this “hack” every time I update Joomla

You need to use the code from Datatonic and you do need to apply the code change detailed by blenderer

Then you will get it working OK
