Hi
This color defined separately in the template.
Add blow code in /css/custom.css file and change the color as per needs.
```
.t3-module.mod-secondary .module-title {
    background-color: #34bf49;
}
.navbar-default-vertical .navbar-control {
    background: #5cb85c;}
```
