With development mode on and theme magic enabled when I click on theme magic the resulting page will not load. It also only shows default template not the one I selected to edit. The screen shows some garbled pictures and not full rendering of the screen. None of my searches showed issues like this in the support questions. Using t3 v2.5.2, Joomla 3.4.8. Not sure where to look to find conflict.

Kindly Edit your First post and Post the site admin details For JA Staff/Mods to check your site .
Also provide info about the custom work in css/Less , Most of the time this happen due to wrong custom work or missing code .
