I am using JA Ironis 1.7 and the default template color would not change. I went to Back-end –> Template Manager –> JA Ironis –> Template –> Profiles –> Theme –> Beige –> Apply/Save. Nothing happens. The Blue color theme stays the same. Please advise.

Hi, the problem seems solved. We have uninstalled the template and installed it again and the profile changing feature started to work properly. We don’t know what may have happened that caused this strange behaivour but seems that something got corrupted with the template installation. The fresh install seems to have solve the issue.

Yup, anything can happen during an installation. That was most likely your issue. Glad you figured it out. Marking solved.
