I checked Thememagic and there seems to be issue from Less files , this is reason you need to compile less to css .
Also Compile less to css is important to write the style changes from less to css files .

Replace less folder with fresh packahe Less folder and then
Try compile Less to css from template options ,
Take a full backup of site before doing this , you may loss custom changes .

Kindly take a full backup of site or provide replica of site ,with admin details and FTP details ,
as Modification of files may loose all custom changed don by you . i will check it

i was waiting for the FTP details as i requested in my last post . So i can replace the Less files/folder and try to fix it .
Please save all custom changes or provide a test replica , Less files restored to original may loss of your custom changes .

we don’t use FTP so I will create one access for you. I actually changed the entire folder from CPanel but it did not work.
