Please check the directory permissions of your site , and contact to your host provider to look into the problem you getting in FTP.

Could u provide the solution details so it may help other users .
I tried to access site but its showing webpage not available at my end , may be ip/dns issue .

I need FTP details sir , the details u submitted not complete . or provide a temp account cpanel details, so i can try to replace /less folder on your site to fix theme magic issue 🙂

Dear Sir You can create FTP account from cpanel . You can contact me via Skype i will help u to create it .i tried ur site as hostname but not working this is reason i asked cpanel , I hope u understand it .

Dear Sir
The FTP details also needs HOSTNAME without it i can no access your site . As i said you can create them via Cpanel and provide me FTP username Password and hostname without these details i am unable to help u in this case . If you are not able to create FTP account u can ask your host or provide me a temp. cpanel account details .
