    i am working on your problem last couple of hours ,
    There is something on your site that is effecting it , you need to disable all extension on site and check the problem . Your site have a lot of 3rd party extension that may creating the problem. support is delay due to the i got info late and site is live , so i took backup of site then download it on local and then testing on it .

    I disable all 3rd party extension on your site on local system and its working for me > http://prntscr.com/9mc6m3
    then u need to enable the extension one by one and check theme magic .

    I am not sure about this issue , as its been Joomla issue . I checked it but not getting the issue . I suggest you to write the problem on Joomla forum forum.joomla.org . Or restore your last backup of site that was not any issue like this .

    its seems to be Joomla issue , i suggest you to write issue on Joomla forum . We do not provide support for Joomla issues .
    I already checked issue but its not under my scope as i am not a core Joomla developer .
