    Hi please send us working FTP or Cpanel details we will try to upload Akeeba backup file on your server .

    Kindly try the credentials at your end before sending to us .

    Also check the akeeba component in Administrator folder , i taken a backup on your site when thememagic issue is solved .

    Hi Pankaj,

    I confirm the issue was an extension – for the benefit of everyone: ThemeMagic Preview does not seem to work in conjunction with JFBConnect of SourceCoast.

    For the back-ups I am going to give you new details in the next message.
