i installed JA MONA (trying to arabize it) .. Themes do not work .. always the default theme.. deleted and re installed it.. same problem.. the strange issue is in the demo here its workin fine.. any ideas plz?

in the JA MONA templete .. its not exist to select enable or disable for the style switching .. and it seems its disabled .. so where i can find the enable / disable .. is it in css files or other place ?
