Hi i find information about all suffixes apply to modules and typography in purity III template and can’t found it.

this page have’nt the words _menu _style _blabla… about the styles showed.

I need information about module variations and typography… the names of classes predesigned

Can help me?

We do not have such kind of suffix as you can add you custom suffix if you want to add style .
as u already checked Typography page , Rest u can find all details in the Template documentation here
