January 8, 2011 at 11:35 am #370818Hi,
I’m not part of Joomlart but here’s my knowledge so far…(which you proabably already know…) 🙂
VM does not support reoccuring payments like Subscriptions. VM is a shoppingcart/e-shop which has it’s own product database. (Tangible and Non-Tangible Products). Job Board utilizes its own payment system by implementing payment methods and makes it possible to set up these Subscription (reoccuring payments).
Main question is: What can you gain from somehow connecting a cart/shop to a Jobbureau system?
Hope it helps…
Regards

January 8, 2011 at 2:15 pm #370827The VM has plugins for payments that are well accepted here in Brazil.
Paypal is not widely used here.I would love to be able to build myself a plugin I need, but my knowledge of PHP coding is still not enough
The payment would be for this system:
https://pagseguro.uol.com.br/developer/guia_do_desenvolvedor.jhtmlThe Library PHP:
http://visie.com.br/pagseguro/linguagem/php/Maybe someone from the group of developers interested people in JA Job Board can combine this service. It would be helpful.

Dear insofticursos,
We were checked PagSeguro payment system and think that it isn’t widely used in JAJobBoard comunity users. It only support in Brazil. Therefore, we can’t implement this payment plugin to JaJobBoard.

January 14, 2011 at 12:53 pm #371858There remained the hope that someone JA JOB BOAD team could get interested people in the particular service. Most think it is now also clear that it will not be possible.
Hopefully in the future receive more support for the Brazilian community.
Grateful for answers

January 14, 2011 at 1:19 pm #371861Hi,
I do understand your disappointment and just wanted to add that I’ve downloaded and analyzed the “Pagsecuro” code. Both for PHP as well as for Joomla Virtuemart.
I think it would be a huge benefit for all parties if you could convince “PagSecuro” to develop the code in English. As of now all explanations, instructions as well as inline naming and comments are in Portugese /Brasilian.
I also noticed that there are several requests out there on the Net for this payment gateway… most of them requesting services in the native tounge. It is ok, but it severly reduces the possibility to find skilled resources outside Brazil.
Hope you understand.
Regards
