June 23, 2013 at 11:48 pm #496617Pehaps, instead of simply posting a hit-and-run rant, you might consider better explaining some of the issues with which you’re finding difficult to work with, eh?
June 26, 2013 at 6:35 pm #497054It is not a “hit-and-run rant,” Look my friend, Ive been working with your stuff very well. I don’t need to say this just because i’m very excited with my frustration. But i’m not going to write a long list of issues with your template because I have no time. Really, I took a look to the other threads and tried to fix probs. And no, I just decided to leave it and say what I said. And I bought gavick pro suscription to use gk creativity which is all the way better than joomlart one page. If because of this you just not going to help me anymore, I don’t mind, I’m expecting to be able to fix all problems by myself. And I recommend you take the words I said in a different manner. I know I was rough with my comment, but my job implies to use cms and it is clear than this template is not working very well… cheers. 😉

June 27, 2013 at 7:44 am #497113Hi trasemx,
I checked the threads raised by you :
JA Puresite template
2. http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/remove-some-areas-in-template/#post-483578
Again JA Puresite template
3. http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/landscape-view-incomplete/
Again JA Puresite template
4. http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/links-are-not-working-in-ja-sidenews/#post-485045
Again JA Puresite template
2 of them are solved by our staff and you have acknowledged the same. 1-2 are waiting for your feedback.
I dont see any of your questions in JA Onepage template forum and if you say that you dont have time to list out the problems.. we would be of little help…. we are NOT going ghost hunting just because you are saying so, let me know the issues you are facing and we will help you, if documentation has any short comings.. we will fix that too.
Your rant would be justified only when we fail to answer your questions or are not able to help you out.
Regards
Arvind

June 27, 2013 at 8:57 am #497129As per Arvind, to know how to help you we need to know what problems you are having. While crystal balls are cheap I am not very good at using them.
As for the manuals, you may have noticed that many of the JA Extensions have had huge changes of late. All have come on leaps and bounds usability wise with all new back ends making life for everyone much easier. Sadly the work to update the guides for the many templates that use them does take time. As I am sure you can appreciate, developers love to write code but not manuals. That is doubly hard for them especially as many are not native English speakers though they all speak English far better than I speak any language other than English.
Going back to your problems if you would take the time to detail the troubles you are having then we will gladly take the time to try and assist you in fixing your issues. I have seen some superb sites constructed with JA Onepage but the whole idea does take a little getting used to. I am sure with a few pointers you too can add the the growing list of great JA Onepage sites.
