    Hi!

I set up Teline IV in a news website and it works perfectly, except for a detail: the thread of the latest news appear below the body template. The take them away I had to set up the “Home” item menu displaying 0 news. But this way the RSS does´nt show any news.

I´m sure there is a wrong setting in my site, but I cant find it. Any helP?

Can you post a link to your site and iff possible an image showing your problem to avoid confusion?

    Thanks: my site is http://www.nuevocronista.com.ar

I set up the Home menu to display the RSS feeds, but as you can see, below in the front I got the thread of news. I attach image.

That is the standard frontpage part of the layout. Do you want to hide that? If so you can setup a profile that hides the main content block then assign that profile to the frontpage only.

    Claudio:

I am glad that Phil was able to assist you with your issue. I, too, took a look at your website and I wanted to say . . .

    FANTASTIC JOB !!!

Even with the overall general structural layout of the base Teline IV template in tact, I absolutely LOVE many of the customizations and enhancements you have integrated into your news portal – especially the animated banner advertisements and customized side bar/column ads/graphics. (Are those animated gifs? flash? other?)

    One bit of constructive comment . . . .
While your logo fits well with the site, the lettering (especially the outline) for the word “CRONISTA” is displaying a bit jagged/fuzzy – at least via my web browser (Firefox 5.0). Now, if this is how the logo is supposed to display, then nevermind. Otherwise, perhaps you might think about sharpening up the lettering for “CHRONISTA” a bit – just so it’s a bit sharper.

Again, if the slightly fuzzy display is how it is supposed to look – then disregard the above.
Just some constructive suggestion for an already MARVELOUS looking website !!!

    🙂

You are right about the logo. It is something wrong.
The banners are made in flash
    Lovely comment!
    Best regards from Argentina
