It might due to the video iframe code is not correct . For this I need to check the settings on your site .

Hi
I fixed the issue directly on your site, by replacing the module files with original files .
But your site is giving DB connection error randomly Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Could not connect to MySQL.
Kindly contact to your host . once fixed let me know there is small update that i need to done on your site for the same module .
